Apple TV video freezing on MacBook connected to Cisco 2960-X switch

My Apple TV is connected to a g1/0/23 port on a Cisco 2960x switch. I'm trying to connect to the Apple TV from my MacBook laptop, but the video freezes repeatedly. I can ping the Apple TV's IP address from my laptop, and the settings show a g1/0/23 port. The Apple TV is connected to the switch via ethernet cable.
