This Purchase Does Not Have Receipt

I made two separate app orders on the App Store - Typeface Pro Extension and Email Signature Creator. When I go to "Report a Problem" webpafe to download my receipts, I get the message "This Purchase Does Not Have Receipt". I need the receipt for small business taxes.

App Store purchases were made from my Mac Mini.
