MacBook Pro 16″ (2019) — screen flicker, vertical lines, angle-dependent display issue

Hi,

I have a MacBook Pro 16" 2019 and I'm experiencing display issues:

• vertical / horizontal lines
• 
  
• 
  
• flickering
• 
  
• 
  
• image changing or disappearing depending on the lid angle
• 
  
• 
  
• works perfectly on external monitor
• 
  
• 
  
• no physical damage, normal usage
• 
  

I see similar reports on other threads but they are closed.

Is there an official diagnostic procedure or known repair program for this issue on the 16" model?
