Suddenly, my iPhone stopped syncing with my MacBook.
Connecting via the original, working cable.
I can back up my iPhone, but I can't transfer files or audiobooks to it. Syncing seems to start but never finishes.
Sometimes, when connecting, I get a message saying "Unable to establish a connection with the support program."
I haven't changed any settings; I've checked everything recommended by official Apple support.
Could you tell me what the problem might be?

For sync issue you can Sign out of your Apple ID/Account /iCloud on the Mac and back in again and compare your results...
