Refund Appeal – Charged Instead of Free Trial (App Error)
Hello Apple Support,
I received a message that my refund request was denied. I would like to clarify that this charge happened due to an app error, not by my intention.
I selected “Start 7-day Free Trial,” but after confirming with Face ID, I was charged immediately without any warning that the trial was unavailable.
The display in the app was misleading, and I truly believed I was activating a free trial.
Please kindly review my case again — I did not intend to purchase or renew this subscription.
