Hallmark Software Issue I think

Hi all I have Hallmark Card Studio when I click on chose or new and try to start a new card I keep getting Network Failure. I have reset computer, reset internet connection. I have definatly have an WiFi connection. I can open other project but can open a new project again with the message Network Failure please help

Your equipment profile shows an iPhone but the nature of your question suggests you are using the Hallmark software on a computer, and posted in a computer forum section.


As we can neither see nor remotely access your devices in this user-to-user setting, it is of great benefit to you to tell us the computer model on which the Hallmark software is running and its macOS version. Both are available by doing "About this Mac..." from you Apple menu.


It's important because many issues like you report are due to mismatches between the computer's OS version and the third-party software.
