Unintentional Subscription Renewal Refund Request
Hello Apple Support,
I tried to start a 7-day free trial for the [Praktika] app, after I had previously canceled my subscription. However, when I tapped “Start 7-day free trial” and confirmed with Face ID, I was immediately charged instead of getting the free trial.
This seems to be an app error, as I only selected the free trial option and did not intend to make a payment.
I kindly ask Apple to review this issue and help me get a refund for this unintended charge.
