Help with Turn off "Find My" feature
I bought an iPad (A16) Wi-Fi 128gb for my son last Christmas. After one week, it would no longer charge and stopped working altogether. It has a 1 year warranty. My teenage son registered it under his Apple ID and is having trouble turning off the "Find My" feature of this iPad. This must be done in order to return it for repair or replacement. Does anyone know a workaround to turning off the "find My"? It's an Apple iPad 11th generation. I was forced to select a product different than the one I have Tag your device section of this post because the iPad in question is not listed.
