How do I use Apple music without being conned into the "subscribe" option?

Apple's help service tells me to use Apple Music to deauthorise my previous (and now dead) computer, but I can't get into Apple Music without signing up for their "offer" on the opening page. I have no interest whatsoever in playing Apple music, I simply want to use the app to do the deauthorising (and will probably delete it once that's done).
