I have purchased The Killing - Season 1 (Danish version) but episode 16 is missing!
When you “Go To Show” it has episode 15 and then 17.
An Google search finds a search result on Apple and then takes you to a “content unavailable” page!

The US edition lists 20 episodes for season 1, including ep 16.
The CA edition lists 20 episodes for season 1, including ep 16.
The UK edition seems to omit ep 16 from season 1.
The DE edition seems to omit ep 6 and 13 from season 1.
The FR edition lists 20 episodes for season 1, including ep 16.
This show is currently not available in AU.
Not sure what those discrepancies are about, but Apple makes available what they receive from the supplying studios, per region. From this, it would seem intentional.
Did you perhaps purchase this for the UK region?

episode 16 is pretty pivotal!!
It’s not advisable to switch regions in your Apple Account so no you can’t
