Can't see place to change shipping address on iPad Air (5th generation)

My wife and I recently replaced our iPhones with new iPhone 17s. Ever since, when she orders something online (usually via her iPad Air 5th generation running on 18.7.1), the shipping address sent out is for a location we haven't lived at for about 5 years. Things sent there are virtually unretrievable, for a variety of reasons I won't go into here. What I clearly need to do is to change the shipping information on her devices, but so far, I can't.


I've followed the steps from other posts here to try to change the shipping address, on both her new iPhone 17 (IOS version 26.0.1), and her Model 5 iPad Air (IOS 18.7.1), but on both devices, I can't see the place to change the shipping address.


On her iPhone, here's the process I've used:

1: Go to Settings

2: Click on her picture, and provide the password for her Apple ID

3: Click on Payment & Shipping


When I do that however, I can see a credit card under payment method, as well as the option to add another payment method, but there is nothing showing there related to shipping address.


If I click on the credit card, I can see the billing name and billing address, but again, no option to see/edit the shipping address.


The process is almost identical on her iPad Air, with the same results: no entry/option at all for shipping, and no way to access or add that information.


What's driving me nuts on this one, is that when I go into settings on MY iPhone and MY iPad, I CAN see the options related to shipping address. Why can I see the shipping address on my devices, but not hers?


Does anybody know of a way to fix this on my wife's devices?
