Tahoe 26.0.1 (25A362) "Open New Window" in Music no longer works

Tahoe 26.0.1 (25A362) "Open New Window" in Music no longer works. I tried to create a new play list and as I mostly do, I open that new playlist in a new window so I can add the music into the list in a certain order. Now, if I create a new playlist, and try to open that list in a new window, the window isn't opened (not created) and Music jumps back to my existing playlists
