i cant open sound preference panel (catalina 10.15.7)
I'm on macOS Catalina, and I was trying to fix my sound being locked; however, I can't open the sound panel? How can I fix this

To fix this, try restarting your Mac, which can resolve temporary glitches, or force quit and reopen System Preference. If that doesn't work, delete the com.apple.systempreferences.plist file from ~/Library/Preferences and restart your Mac to regenerate a fresh version.
