SDH subtitles showing even though disabled

I’m having a weird bug on Apple TV app where all subtitles are audio description, even though that accessibility setting is turned off.

Sometimes I can fix it by turning on audio descriptions (which turns all the subtitle tracks into SDH) and then turning it off again (which turns the non audio described tracks back on). But then the problem seems to come back later.

I find the audio descriptions inaccessible for my needs as there is then too much text on screen to read at once.

The show I’m watching is Women in Blue, not sure if issue is just on this show or not. But normal behaviour would be showing an English track and an English CC track, but instead I get English SDH and English CC which are both the same.

Anyone else had these issues?
