Griffin and Incipio, both gone?

i have a number of Griffin accessories purchased over the years. I know they were taken over by Incipio, but it appears they have now both gone altogether. Have any other companies filled the gap, manufacturing cables, connectors etc?

I'm looking for a cable (like the Griffin one I used to have) to plug my iPad and headphones into my guitar, so i could play over garage Band

I want the one that actually belongs to my Beats Solo 3, with the matching color. The reason why I purchased the Beats Solo 3 is because you have two options, both Bluetooth and wire.
