Cancelled subscription but still charged??!?!

Last week I cancelled two of my subscriptions. I noticed the next day it was no longer cancelled. This happened two more times. I manually cancelled it in the subscriptions and it was resubscribed without my consent or knowledge. Yesterday I was billed for both. Then I was finally able to cancel it. What is going on??!?!! How is it legal to prevent someone from cancelling a subscription before it’s about to renew. I need this resolved. I already sent a refund request that was denied. At this point my only option will be to report Apple to my bank for fraud. Has anyone else had this happen? Is this common?

There are no Apple employees participating in these fellow user-supported, public communities. No one here can resolve this for you.

If the subscription was between you and an Apple-owned product or service, then contact Apple. If between you and a third-party, contact them. Get the clarity for your next steps after that feedback.

In any event, before one subscribes to a product or service, it is critical to read the vendor's terms and conditions, including cancellation and refund policies. When and how one proceeds with a subscription cancellation may fail to prevent a renewal charge.
