Most of series won’t download

I purchased the series Haven on Apple. I have tried twice now to download it. It downloads 18 episodes randomly across five seasons and refuses to download any other episodes. I have no issues with storage or the drive or the system. Apple has had me restore fully my system, twice. Further, there are a number of errors in the entire setup of the Haven series. The cover photo is wrong. Some episodes have the cover photo (title) while others don’t. It puts all episodes in one cluster apart from three episodes is sections off into a different season 1 and 2. Functionally the whole thing is a mess. How can I get this addressed? It is NOT a ME problem.
