MacMini M4 Keeps Waking Connected TV and AVR

Just replaced my 2020 M1 MacMini with an M4 MacMini. I use this computer as a Media Server for Music and as a Plex Server/DVR for watching TV, Movies. The MacMini and a 4K Apple TV are connected to an LG 4K OLED (C3) TV through a Marantz Cinema 50 AVR via HDMI. I have the TV and AVR set to turn-on automatically whenever I power-on/wake-up my Apple TV (CEC/Simplink setting).

The MacMini resides inside my media console so I usually access it remotely via Screen Share from my desktop Mac but do, on rare occasions, use the LG TV as the monitor for the MacMini.

The problem I'm experiencing is that every time I remotely access the MacMini, it turns on the TV. Even just turning-on the bluetooth keyboard or mouse that I keep with the MacMin will turn on the TV. I did not experience this behavior with my M1 MacMini, connected to the same HDMI cable, so I believe the issue is with the settings on the new computer rather than any settings on the AVR. I've included a screenshot of my Energy Settings.

I could just leave the HDMI disconnected from the MacMini until I need it but I didn't have to resort to this previously. Appreciate any help regarding what settings I might change to stop this behavior as it's wasting energy.
