Wrong Album Artwork After Sync

Im syncing my music libary to iphone 15 & ipod

iPod syncs fine no incorrect covers

iphone 15 pro doesnt show correct album covers

yes ive deleted music app off phone unsync all music and put back on so its fine but when I add new music it shows wrong covers again

is this a software error???
