MacBook keeps asking for password to sync with iCloud

hello everyone,

I have an issue on my MacBook that seems a dog trying to catch his tail.

basically on settings the MacBook is asking to verify my password, after done this step it still asking the same thing in other to sync with cloud.

whets could be the root cause?
