Use Find My (best first step). If Find My shows “Offline” or no recent location. Report the device as lost/stolen so they can disable the SIM and block service (IMEI block). This prevents unauthorized calls/data and may help track. File a police report (if stolen). Go to your Apple ID account and remove all cards from your account or use Find My’s Mark as Lost to suspend Apple Pay on the device. If you have AppleCare+ with Theft & Loss, or carrier/device insurance, start a claim.
