Can’t add debit card to wallet iPhone 17Pro

trying to add bank debit card to Apple Pay on iPhone 17Pro.
it adds just fine on 17ProMax(husbands phone)
have had many hours of troubleshooting with bank and apple support.
when I posted this question, I saw that it says I posted from 15Pro, my old phone. How do I change that?

Hi, many hours of troubleshooting doesn’t tell me much. What did they have you try? What did the bank say?
