As @John Galt mentions, you can also search online for the screws. It appears the screws needed are Apple part number 923-06938. See my reply to @MrHoffman for links to the Apple Self Repair service guide where I found this part number. Confirm I did reference the correct model Mac....Apple's site there couldn't even order the models except by the order they were added to the program (or so I assume that is the ordering used).
If you look through the "Procedures" section of the service guide for replacing the USB-C Boards, it may list the actual screw size....maybe. If you have the screw size, then you may be able to get compatible screws from a local hardware store or an electronics store if the latter even still exist.
Before ordering or purchasing any screws, check to make sure the threads are not damaged....maybe there is a reason there are no screws there.
