I have the 2021 14" MacBook Pro A2442. The USB ports have an issue where they just spring in and out, I checked it and they don't even have the screws holding them down! So I am looking for the exact screws needed to screw down the USB-C ports but I don't know where or how to find them. I saw on the Ifix website that they were 3.7mm screws? I'm not sure if that's right but if anyone can tell me exactly what I need I would appreciate it!

It is possible there are other part numbers for the same type of screws. While Apple does use the same part numbers for multiple models.....sometimes Apple reinvents the wheel & has multiple part number for the exact same part.

As @John Galt mentions, you can also search online for the screws. It appears the screws needed are Apple part number 923-06938. See my reply to @MrHoffman for links to the Apple Self Repair service guide where I found this part number. Confirm I did reference the correct model Mac....Apple's site there couldn't even order the models except by the order they were added to the program (or so I assume that is the ordering used).
If you look through the "Procedures" section of the service guide for replacing the USB-C Boards, it may list the actual screw size....maybe. If you have the screw size, then you may be able to get compatible screws from a local hardware store or an electronics store if the latter even still exist.
Before ordering or purchasing any screws, check to make sure the threads are not damaged....maybe there is a reason there are no screws there.
If you are in a region where Apple offers the Self Repair Program and your Mac is part of that program, then you can try getting the screws directly from Apple. You can also try going to an AASP to see if they can order the screws for you from Apple.
Has this laptop ever been repaired? Or did you get it used?
I'm a bit concerned about what else may be wrong with this laptop that you have not discovered yet.
If you search a popular auction site for "a2442 screw set" you will find what you need.

That's the reason I recommend getting an entire kit. It seems unlikely someone would have omitted only those two screws.
Paying $50 for shipping every time you need another missing part adds up.
Used, activation locked Macs are good sources for parts like that. Screws don't need to be activated (yet).
