My iPhone SE3 keeps saying it’s not connected to the internet even though I still get emails and can read websites. But I can’t download or update my apps. I just updated to iOS 26 using my Mac Mini but the problem is still there. Any advice welcome.
The iPhone does have Norton 360 but it doesn’t seem to want to update.

Get rid of any virus protection on your Apple devices. It is pretty much worthless in terms of doing anything more than the operating system already does, and can cause issue such as the one you are seeing.
Sometimes restarting a device will clear up odd issues.
