iPhone 13 memory stuck at 93GB after deleting a 15GB video

greetings, I had 76GB on my phone, I took a 15GB video and after that it said that my memory was 93GB. I deleted the video from the gallery and from the deleted files, the photos application tells me that the memory is freed, but my memory is still at 93 GB, even though I deleted it from the deleted files as well. Can someone help me? I have an iPhone 13.
