Photos not adding to Spatial album since VisionOS 26

Since upgrading my Vision Pro to VisionOS 26, new special photos that I create via the Spatial Scenes button are not getting added to the Spatial album in Photos. Everything I created prior to upgrading my Vision Pro is in the album though and I can upgrade the existing photos in the album to the new Spatial Scenes and they stay in the album. The images also do not show up in the Spatial album in Photos on my phone. Any ideas on how to remedy?
