iCloud login issue: Accepting terms of service leads to a loop on multiple devices
I brought this up yesterday and still haven't heard from Apple support. I have an older laptop that's running on iOS 13! I can't upgrade. There's no storage isuue, I have plenty of space. Apple just won't let me upgrade because I have an older laptop. In addition, I have an iPhone SE (also with plenty of storage available) and an iPad. I've had an Apple/iCloud account forever. Every month I'm charged 0.99 for iCloud access. I was charged on Oct. 28th with no issues. However, this was also the same day that everything went BOOM. No matter which product I attempt to log into my iCloud account, I'm told I have to accept Apple's "terms of service" for using iCloud. I repeated hit accept and the screen just restarts the same "terms of service." Again, this happens on all 3 of my devices. I click accept, and nothing happens. I am without access to all my files, photos and most importantly email.
*I can log into support and the apple store. It shows my account and my personal profile. It also show me being logged into my 3 devices.
*I get an additional pop up that says there was problem connecting to server.
*I've changed my password a few times.
*All 3 devices work fine with everything else.
What is going on with iCloud? Support says everything is great! All green lights. Well, it's not and no one at Apple seems to care that a loyal customer and supporter of the brand is definitely not happy.
