Charging using a usb-A to usb-c adapter

Hi!

I recently bought a refurbished iPhone 13 and it came with a usb-A to lightning cable, before receiving the phone assumed it comes with a usb-c to lighning cable and went and buy a usb-C charging brick.

My question is: Is it okay if i use a usb-A to usb-c adapter to charge my phone or should i just buy a usb-c to lightning cable?
