airpod pro3 loosing sound sync

While listening to training videos on youtube wearing my airpod pro 3’s I keep getting a low popping and sorta like crackling sound and it comes and goes randomly but it always does it. If it goes on too long, I loose sync with the video to the airpods and it looks like I'm listening to an old karate move with bad lip syncing. When it looses sync, I stop the video, refresh the video, then restart where I left off and it remains fine until there is enough popping again in the ear pieces and it will go out again. So in an hour long video I might have to refresh 3 times. It is very very annoying. I like my pods but I don’t like this. So far this is the only issue. I asked a question and no one seems to have the issue or has not yet said anything. I don’t have an Apple Store close to me. I need these to work flawlessly especially at the price I paid. I can’t record the noise. I can only hear it when watching video or movies. I use the most current sofware on my laptop and have excellent internet. I have two different service providers and it happens with either one. It is not an issue of the internet either. It is between the airpod and video im watching.

Well, I think I just answered my own question. I have been using DuckDuckGo for my primary browser for quite some time and didn’t even think it could be browser related. So just off the cuff I decided to open Opera and continued watching the video I was just on which had lost sync 4 times in 10 minutes and I still had about 12 minutes to go. On Opera in youtube I had not sound issues or crackling or sync loss. None. It was clean and clear. I don’t get this issue with my other airpods or my plug in ear phones or headphones. Just he airpod pro3. I guess I need to contact DuckDuckGo to see if it is an issue they are aware of.

Anyway, if you have the issue come up with your AirPod Pro3’s try a browser change. It might just be your browser.
