In my i pad i logged out my apple account then logged in an random account from Teligram for paid apps for free then the account go locked now i cant log out from the account help me plz
So like it’s my bad that I had logged in a random apple account so the account got locked now I can’t log out from the account what to do now plz help

You need to follow the instructions in the second link Rudegar provided on how to get the Activation Lock removed. As the account is apparently not yours, you are going to need to provide proof to Apple that the device is legally yours, generally in the form of an original purchase receipt.
