Email from Apple Community Manager requesting personal information

I got an email from one of three Apple Community managers congratulating me on my 20 year on the community. The manager has requested my full name and mailing address. Is this a scam or is it real. The email address to reply to looks correct.

I, too, have received gifts from the community, so am inclined to think's real.

To be fair, though, that information is public, so it could be harvested from a spammer and used for social engineering. The OP was right to be wary.

More context is needed, including the address you're supposed to send the information to. Someone @apple.com, likely real, someX376sw@xyogi352x.co.jp, probably not :)
