iMac as second screen to MacBook air

Can I use iMac 27 inch late 2013 (running macOs Catalina) as second screen to my new MacBook Air (running macOS Sequoia) if yes how?

No.

While the 2013 iMac supports Target Display mode, the new Mac running Sequoia, does not.
