WATCH OS 26: Outdoor walk is not working at all.
When I lauch "outdoor walk," the app elements appear, but none of them work. No timer. No distance, nothing. Just frozen in time.

Which Apple Watch are you using? Does Outdoor Run work?
Did you already try to force restart your Apple Watch?
To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
