Safari not loading website images on Apple laptop: Horizontal lines, scrambled images, and icons instead of images

So I'm on an Apple Laptop. Model and OS doesn't matter...

What matters is this version of Safari won't load images on websites. Many times I get small square question mark icons instead of images. Other times I get scrambled images with horizontal colored lines that scramble the images.

But Firefox has no issues. But Google Chrome has no issues.

So why does Apples own browser... on Apples own laptop, not work? Any fixes? Update Adobe... Is Safari still using Adobe flash on laptops? Turn off Javascript? Something to get Apples own browser to work on Apples own laptop when other browsers work just fine on my Apple laptop!
