Unusually Long Review Delay for App Submission – Seeking Advice

Hello everyone,


This is my first time experiencing such a delay, and I’d appreciate any insights or advice.


I submitted a new iOS app for review approximately three weeks ago. Initially, it was stuck in "Waiting for Review" for about 8 days, after which I withdrew the submission because I suspected there might be an issue. I then resubmitted a new build, but it has now been waiting for review for over 14 days.


In my experience with previous apps, reviews typically took no more than 2 days, and I’ve successfully launched multiple applications with smooth and quick reviews as part of my company. I’ve contacted Apple support, and all I’ve received is that the app is not forgotten — but no updates on the delay or estimated timeline.


This delay is affecting my ability to release the iOS version, which already has an Android version launched. Many of my users are unable to access the app on iOS, and I have a significant number of users waiting for this release. Has anyone experienced similar issues? I have also expedited a review but to no avail.
