AppleTV app on LG smart tv - audio only, same with screen mirror

Hello,

The Apple TV app on my LG TV does not show a picture; only audio. Same thing happens with screen mirror from my iPhone or iPad. I have deleted and reinstalled the app on the TV to no avail. Obviously, I'm missing something or there's a setting that is not enabled. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
