Netflix picture quality issues on Apple TV

Hi guys. Is anyone still having problems with Netflix on Apple TV? It is obviously a Netflix problem, because everything else through the Apple box is superb. The picture goes from being brilliant one minute to diabolical the next, can't even make out the faces. Please don't tell me to try the frame rate or it's my Internet connection, or try a different format, I think I have exhausted everything. I have a tv C5 that is a week old & it did it on the C2 also. Becoming very frustrating & have to watch Netflix on Webos now. Any suggestions would be great, thanks for your help.

If it's isolated to Netflix and not present with the service on other platforms it's a big indicator that it is an issue with the Netflix app on TVOS and Netflix is the only one who can investigate and patch it. If the first response was not helping then you should have it escalated to a higher level.

Best to consult with Netflix support, it may be an issue with their app on Apple TV.

So agree Vaz, but it is like knocking your head on a brick wall😂 Will try what you have suggested & see what happens. A lot other people were complaining about this problem just a few weeks ago. Thanks for your help
