Indexing problem on Apple Music as PWA on windows

Sometimes, the Apple Music PWA on Windows 11 has issues with indexing or track progression. What happens is: when a song ends, the app appears to move to the next track correctly, you can see the album artwork and lyrics for the upcoming song on the UI. However, the audio that plays will be from the track after that one, so the sound doesn’t match what’s displayed.

It seems like a mismatch between the UI state and the audio playback, possibly due to how the PWA handles track indexing or caching on Windows.

Example: here, I listened to "SOGNI MATTI" fully, when it went to the next song, for 1 second I had "Capo Horn" in my ears, but after that second, in my ears I have "Islanda", even tough the UI still displays "Capo Horn". I am now listening to "Islanda" even tough my UI says it's playing "Capo Horn".
