iCloud data not syncing due to missing MacBook password

So, i sold my MacBook pro about a year ago, i logged out my icloud and apple account from it. Now i bought a new phone, logged into my apple account and it shows an error that some “ICloud data isn’t syncing” but when i try, it asks for the MacBook password WHICH I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO now own. I tried multiple methods but all failed so this is my last resort:,)


PS: yes i have tried to see if i still have the MacBook connected to the apple account, I don’t, its completely gone and yet its not
