Numbers App will not open Document
When I click on my Numbers App it stats that it needs to be updated and will not open. However my computer is showing that there is no updates available.

If you are clicking on a document to open it, was that document created/edited in a newer version of Numbers on another device or in iCloud? I don't actually know what the error message is in that situation, it might be "needs a newer version of Numbers" vs "Numbers needs to be updated".
If you are clicking on the Numbers app and it is not opening, it might be trying to open a previously open document and that document might have been edited in the mean time in a newer version. To open Numbers with no previous documents, hold down the space bar and click on the Numbers icon in the dock. I don't know if this works in Launchpad and/or Finder also; I never tried it.
