I cant add my new virtual Mastercard in Belarussian rubles in the Apple Wallet.
All time before I used tme same card.
Will it fix?

Ask that bank that issued the card if they support Apple Pay.
Some virtual cards are not supported. Virtual cards and physical cards have different numbers. Do you have a physical card associated with the virtual card? Do you use a VPN?
