A folder Named (A Document Being Saved By Sparkle) appears in my App folder of my MacBook Pro M2.
Why? How can delete it and avoid appear it again?

Sparkle was the name of an interactive web page building app until they renamed it Sitely.
As John Galt notes, locate the Sparkle app (should be in the Applications folder) and delete it.
Apparently "Sparkle" is the name of app that you installed at one time. If you no longer need that app, drag it to the Trash, research its uninstallation instructions, or contact its developer for assistance.
