The operation can’t be completed because *folder* needs to be downloaded.

I've been getting this a lot lately when trying to copy folders.

Problem is, these are local files. They are not on the cloud. They are not in folders that are cloud synced.

Right now I'm trying to copy a folder thats on a disk image, on to the disk the disk image file is on. And I get this error every time. Nothing is on the cloud. There are no cloud icons next to anything. This isn't even the boot drive, this is on a secondary internal hard drive in a 2014 Mac mini (running Ventura).

Any ideas whats going on? In the meantime I'll see if PathFinder.app can do the copy without failing.
