How Do I Download Multiple Photos from iCloud to PC?

I am a new iPhone user (17). It worked perfectly a few days ago -- download all photos in the library to my PC. Today I don't see an option, all I see is the choice of selecting and downloading one photo at a time. All advice is appreciated.
