My child's (under 13) gmail account was hacked

My child's (under 13) gmail account was hacked. I failed as a supervisor to retrieve it. I want to delete the child's iCloud account and before that remove the old iPhone 12 pro phone from it. How do I do that? should I send you my and my child's information?

This is a user to user forum, you are not addressing Apple support here. Do not snd any private info here.
You can change the email being used for the Apple Account and its password, you don't need to delete the Apple account entirely.

If you really want t delete the Apple account associated with the gmail address log in to it and follow the steps in the link below. It should send a request to your device to confirm deletion.
