Exporting memories as video on iphone
In previous iOS versions there was a possibility to export memory (made by phone itself) like a video. Now I can’t find possibility to do it. Only through macOS

It's still possible- click on the memory you want, then the play button. Once it starts playing, tap to show the video controls, then tap the three dots on the top right, then Share, then Save Video. It'll add it to your camera roll.
