MacBook Air A1466 shows 29-minute installation but no power after shutdown

While installing Os in macbook air A1466, after first restart , apple logo appeared but shows 29 minutes to go,but after 2 hour I shut down the system be holding power button. After that No Power in my macbook. Please guide

Since No Power and No Display, only CPU fans rotating and stops then after few seconds its start again rotating. but no display
