Hello. Where can I go if I have an interesting idea for increasing product sales? Why can't I, as an individual, contact the company directly?

This company policy reduces the desire to purchase their new products in the future. Opportunities should be open to each of us.
Then you're in for a rude awakening as virtually every major company on the planet has a similar policy.
