iCloud Drive does not delete all recently deleted

Hi,

I have been using iCloud for Windows to sync files between my Apple ecosystem and my home PC. I am a computer engineering student so it is very important that I have the PC since Mac supports almost nothing, but I still use a Macbook since it is very portable and quick and my iPad is very good for notes.

A few months ago, iCloud just decided to stop syncing my PC files and has been stuck on syncing for a long time. I tried deleting it and redownloading it to force sync which did not work. I also removed anything I used for programming from iCloud since I figured it was an issue with some IDEs bugging out the directories, but this did not work.

I have decided to fully clear my iCloud to try and fix this issue, since even taking all of my IDE-managed files out of iCloud had no effect. Now my issue is that I have tons of recently deleted files on the website and everytime I try to delete certain ones, I am met with an unexpected error. This is an issue only with certain folders.

This is very infuriating and making me rethink my decision with Apple since the Windows iCloud app is awful with no options to force or stop syncs and bugs out constantly. My iCloud drive is now also screwed because I am not even allowed to delete files and the provided errors have no explanation at all.
