Which older iPads can still connect to current cell phone networks?

Does anyone know of a list/website that can tell you if XYZ iPad will work with current cell phone networks? I have an iPad Mini 1st gen (A1454) and want to know if it'll work with the newer cell tower technology.

That model number corresponds to a First Generation iPad mini.

It won't work with 5G if that's what you are asking, but it will still connect to some LTE towers and any available 3G towers.

With that said, I'd be more concerned with the lack of app support. At this point, and running at most iOS 9.3.6, you probably won't be able to use much of anything on it anymore.
